After few rounds of concept work we came up with an idea that showed very dynamic and bold race scene that took place on the sands of a desert. To produce the key visual we used our experience gained for automotive industry and built from scratch two monster truck cars totally in 3D. On top of that our crew worked on a matte painting background and retouch. Thanks to advanced lighting and car paint shader technique - 3D part works perfectly with matte painting and creates unbelievable scene of real racing monster trucks.
